Where do the beef organs come from?

New Zealand grass-fed cattle, from herds that graze year-round rather than finishing on grain, and freeze-dried rather than heat-processed so heat-sensitive nutrients survive. Each organ carries an origin document from its supplier — liver, heart and uterine tissue from Starboard Bio Limited, kidney from Waitaki Biosciences, ovary from Grassland Bovine Limited. How do I take it?

Two capsules daily, with or without food. Some women take both in the morning, others split them between morning and evening — the daily amount is the same either way. Consistency matters far more than timing. If capsules ever repeat on you, taking them with food and a full glass of water resolves it in most cases.

Does it taste or smell like liver?

The capsules are swallowed intact, so the powder never reaches your taste buds. Opening a fresh bottle does release a faint savoury smell — that is normal, it comes from powder clinging to the outside of the capsules, and it fades within seconds. Are the capsules big?

Can I take Women Bloom after menopause?

Does it replace my multivitamin?
