This policy explains what personal information Dynamic Health Group LLC ("Nutra Elmt", "we", "us") collects when you visit nutraelmt.co or place an order, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.

Information you give us

  • Order information — name, delivery address, billing address, email address, telephone number.
  • Payment information — processed directly by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Correspondence — messages you send us by email or through the contact form.
  • Marketing preferences — your email address if you subscribe, and whether you have opted out.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and browsing data — IP address, browser type, operating system, pages viewed, referring site, timestamps.
  • Cookies and similar technologies — used to keep your cart, remember preferences, and measure how the site performs.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers required to run the business:

  • Shopify — our e-commerce platform, which hosts the store and processes orders.
  • Payment processors — to authorise and settle your payment.
  • Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment — receives your name and delivery address in order to pick, pack and ship your order from a United States fulfillment centre.
  • Carriers — to deliver your parcel and provide tracking.
  • Analytics and advertising providers — see the section below.

We may also disclose information where required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

Analytics and advertising

We use, or intend to use, the following third-party technologies. Each may set cookies and receive information about your visit, including for the purpose of showing you advertising on other platforms:

  • Google Analytics — audience measurement and site performance.
  • Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) — advertising measurement and audience building.
  • Shopify Analytics — built into the platform.

You can opt out of interest-based advertising through the settings of the platform concerned, or through optout.aboutads.info. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies.

Your rights in California

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA gives you the right to:

  • know what personal information we have collected about you and how it is used;
  • request deletion of your personal information;
  • request correction of inaccurate personal information;
  • opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information;
  • limit the use of sensitive personal information;
  • be free from discrimination for exercising these rights.

We do not sell personal information for money. Advertising technologies such as the Meta Pixel may nevertheless constitute "sharing" under California law. To exercise any of these rights, write to support@nutraelmt.cowith the subject line "Privacy Request".

Other United States privacy laws

Residents of states with comparable privacy legislation — including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah and Texas — have similar rights of access, correction, deletion and opt-out. Use the same contact address above.

Health-related information

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, medical or health information. If you choose to include health details in a message to customer support, we use them only to answer your question, and we do not use them for advertising or share them with advertising partners.

Marketing emails

If you subscribe, you may unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email, or by writing to us. Transactional messages relating to an order you have placed are not marketing emails and are sent regardless.

Data retention

We keep order records for as long as necessary to fulfil the order and to meet our accounting and legal obligations. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Children

This site is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

Payments are encrypted in transit. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top indicates when it was last revised.
